Rouen doesn't speack english at all also Rouen will not go in this topic it's very difficult ti speak the Shakespeare's langue. Rouen preferes the Molière's langue.

The cool thing would be to invite, from time to time, foreign guests on this forum, in order to exchange the different ELSA opinions people might have in their respective countries. the reason behind that is that it may be that they possess some deep knowledge or experience of this or this event.

Let's introduce myself. I'm a french woman called Christelleliving in England with my french husband and our 2 children 8 and 3 years old.
We're moving back to France by the end of décember 2006 (parental leaf finished) near Rouen and I would like to know if some english people (preference for families) are alreday living in Rouen so that we can meet each other and my children can still speak in english !
